Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to promote vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, and conduct test drives to showcase the performance and design of the cars.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize vehicle sales and market share.
- Stay up-to-date with the product lineup, features, specifications, and competitive positioning.
- Promote the unique aspects of the vehicles, including their iconic design and sporty characteristics.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with aftersales services, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and sourcing genuine parts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and events.
- Collaborate with the aftersales department to ensure seamless customer experiences and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, particularly in the compact and sporty vehicle segment.
- Passion for the brand and its heritage.
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and professionalism.
- A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for automotive design and performance.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
- Basic understanding of vehicle financing and leasing options.
- A valid driver`s license is required.
